General Queries
The U.S. Embassy is open from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday and from 8:00 to 3:00 pm on Friday. The Embassy is located at 31 Loftus Street, Suva, Fiji and the telephone number is (679) 331-4466.
Note: The U.S. Embassy is closed on Fiji and U.S. public holidays.
U.S. Citizen and Visa Queries
The Consular Section does not provide a walk-in information service to the public. The office is open from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday to only the following individuals:
Persons requesting American Citizen Services;
Persons requesting transportation letters;
Persons collecting reentry permits (by letter only);
Persons with scheduled appointments.
For emergency U.S. Citizen queries, outside of normal working hours, please call 331-4466 ext 0 and ask for the duty officer.
