Police Clearance Information

There are currently no specific request forms for a Tongan Police Clearance report.

The person who requires a Tongan Police Clearance report is required to write to the Officer-In-Charge of the Tongan Criminal Record Office together with the following documents:

1. a copy of his/her birth certificate;
2. the biodata page of their passport and;
3. a prepaid courier envelop with a return address which the CRO Tonga could use to send the completed Police Report to the individual;
4. 6 Pa'anga(Tonga currency) which is equivilent to US$3.00.  Must be paid in Tongan currency.

Alternatively, a relative of the individual who is requesting their police report may appear at the Tongan Criminal Record Office with a copy of the individual's documents listed above on behalf of the individual.  The relative may obtain the Police report and send it to the individual.
