It gives student opinions and other subjective data on more than 300 top colleges.
- International Student.com Provides international students one site with study abroad information, services and resources.
- Career Guidance Foundation Search for schools by tuition, enrollment and other criteria. View ‘Fast Facts' about a college and then open its catalog or connect to the college's web. This is the place to go for detailed information about particular schools: faculty listings, courses offered, administrative rules and regulations, etc.
- Kaplan Educational Centers Features database of information gathered by Kaplan, on 1,200 colleges. Allows side-by-side comparisons of information about colleges. Offers an index to college Web pages and links to electronic applications.
- Christina Demello's College and University Home Page This site has links to home pages of more than 2,600 colleges.
- University Links page Information on and links to college and university home pages, including a search facility.
- CollegeNET Features database of information on about 3,000 colleges. A database of scholarships is also available. Offers gateway to some online applications. For a fee, students can enter information about their academic records and extracurricular activities that can be viewed by colleges.
- CollegeView Offers multimedia tours of 300 colleges. Provides downloadable applications for 150 colleges. Enables students to send e-mail inquiries to some colleges. Provides a database of information on more than 4,000 colleges.
- EduPass An excellent source of information for international students who are thinking about pursuing education in the U.S., including sections on financial assistance.
- FastWEB A database of over 600,000 scholarships and 4000 Universities.
- U.S. Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Information about international exchanges and training.
- University of Illinois Links to Ranking Websites Index for lots of rankings sites and information on their relative value
- International Education Financial Aid. Financial aid information for international students; database of scholarships and awards.
- Financial Aid Awards for International Undergraduates . A list of institutions who offer some sort of financial aid to international undergraduate students. Be sure to check out the updates as well.
